Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth daily operations, safety, and efficiency on-site. Duties Organize and maintain yard inventory, including fencing materials, tools, and equipment Load and unload construction materials using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques Assist with the assembly of fencing panels, frames, and other related structures Support installation crews by preparing materials for on-site projects and ensuring timely delivery Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery safely and effectively Maintain a clean and safe yard environment by adhering to safety protocols and performing routine inspections Help with concrete forming, masonry tasks, landscape maintenance, or hardscape projects as needed Qualifications Prior experience in construction is highly preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the day Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety practices Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks Valid driver's license may be required for material transport responsibilities Join us in building quality fences while developing your skills in construction!
