Job Description
Position Summary The Decorative Metal Lead Installer is responsible for installing decorative metals at job sites while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe work practices. The Lead Installer will perform hands-on installation work, coordinate installation activities, and ensure projects are completed according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Lead and perform decorative metal installation at job sites. Install decorative metal products accurately and efficiently. Measure, align, and fit materials according to project requirements. Perform field adjustments and troubleshoot installation challenges. Maintain a safe and organized job site. Communicate with supervisors and project teams regarding installation progress. Ensure completed work meets quality and craftsmanship standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience as a Lead Installer installing decorative metals at job sites. Strong experience operating power tools such as saws, drills, and other hand tools is required. Welding capabilities are a plus. Experience with metal installation, fabrication, or architectural metals preferred. Ability to read and follow installation drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and lead installation activities.
