The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various maintenance disciplines, including flooring, sheetrock, general construction, . although experience is not pay is based on experience. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues, utilizing precision measuring instruments to diagnose problems accurately. Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively. Conduct field service activities, providing on-site support for equipment repairs and installations. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex mechanical challenges. Document maintenance activities and report findings to management for continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong emphasis on mechanical knowledge. Experience in hydraulics and the ability to fabricate components as necessary. Strong analytical skills to assess issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
