Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our team. This hands-on role includes working on septic systems, site preparation, utilities, and concrete projects. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair septic systems Assist with site work, excavation, and concrete projects Operate tools and equipment safely Follow company safety protocols and procedures Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
Previous experience in septic, site work, utilities, or concrete required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Physically able to perform outdoor labor Must pass a background check Reliable transportation
