Overview Blue Ridge Pools is looking for individuals to join our Pool Construction team. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from initial excavation to finishing touches, ensuring each pool is built to the highest standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and have a passion for construction and craftsmanship, this position is perfect for you! No experience is needed, will train. Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record. You may be driving company vehicles which requires our company to be able to insure you. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, grading, and site preparation (will train) Utilize hand tools and power tools for concrete forming, tile laying, and finishing work Join us in building exceptional pools that bring joy and relaxation to clients' outdoor spaces! .All positions are paid roles committed to supporting your career development in a vibrant industry.
