Job description:
Primary duties include but are not limited to:- Must be able to work at heights up to 30' on man-lifts, ladders, scaffolding, while installing hardware at roof structures from inside the building Strictly follow safety instructions/ practices, and company policies
- Required to wear all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Show up on time to job site and trainings
- Ability to operate a forklift or scissor lift (We will provide annual training/ certification)
- Ability to work around tenants equipment and/ or machinery
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work days 40 hours weekly with some overtime (some jobs require working evenings and/or some weekends)
- Must be able to work at heights up to 30' on man-lifts, ladders, scaffolding, while installing hardware at roof structures from inside the building
- Frequent standing, bending, walking, reaching above and below shoulder level, repetitive hand-use for simple grasping and power grasping for up to 3- 6 hours a day
- Occasional sitting, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting at the neck and waist, using fine hand manipulation and pushing and pulling using hands
- Lifting frequently, 0-25 lbs., approx. 5' high
- Lifting occasionally, 26-75 Lbs., approx. 4' high
- Carrying frequently, 0-25 lbs., approx. 20'
- Carrying occasionally, 26-75 lbs., a distance of approx. 10'
- Work with paint, epoxy, welding, concrete and dust - Must wear a respirator, when performing these tasks Anxious to get your hands dirty?
