Job Description

Panhandle Critter Gitter is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing wildlife control company serving North Idaho. This is not your typical 9-to-5 job. Every day is different. One day you may be removing bats from an attic, the next day installing exclusion materials on a roof, trapping nuisance wildlife, or helping homeowners solve problems with raccoons, squirrels, skunks, birds, and other wildlife. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and aren't afraid of getting dirty, this could be the perfect opportunity. Starting Pay $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience. What You'll Do Perform wildlife inspections and exclusion work. Install wildlife-proofing materials on homes and buildings. Set and check traps. Work on ladders, roofs, in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas. Safely handle equipment and tools. Communicate professionally with customers. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment. What We're Looking For Honest, dependable, and self-motivated. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather. Able to lift at least 75 pounds. Comfortable working at heights on ladders and roofs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Able to pass a background check. Construction, roofing, restoration, pest control, or general handyman experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Why Work With Us? Panhandle Critter Gitter is a locally owned company that takes pride in providing professional wildlife solutions throughout North Idaho. We are growing rapidly and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. You'll learn specialized skills that few people have and become part of a business that values quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and looking for a career where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
