We Are Hiring Position:
Chimney Technician Flex Position Technician/Installer Job Description:
As a chimney technician, you get to engage your body and mind, solve problems, face new challenges, work with your hands, meet new people daily, and make a great living doing it. One of the great things about becoming a chimney technician is that you can specialize in different areas of this trade. You'll learn a variety of skills and master a variety of services, but if one thing interests you more than another, you can specialize in that particular thing. Because different companies in different parts of the country offer different services, there is no definitive list, but here's a look at some of the things you might do as a chimney technician: Chimney Sweeping Chimney Inspections Masonry Repairs Chimney Waterproofing Gas Fireplace Service & Repair Crown Rebuilds Chimney Rebuilds New Construction Fireplace, Insert & Stove Installation Damper Repair Chimney Cap Installation Flashing Smoke Chamber Repairs Chimney Relining Set Scaffolding and Work In 50' + Man-Lifts And more This role involves exposure to occupational hazards such as heights, dust, soot, and confined spaces. However, all risks are effectively managed through comprehensive safety training and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
18 + Years Old Pass a background check Possess a valid driver's license Dependable Transportation Must be able to perform all physical tasks such as lifting 50lbs+, climbing ladders, etc.

  • Flashing and Small Roof Repairs Training Incentives:
    Mandatory Online Training Platform Regional
  • In-Person Training Certifications

Gas, Wood, Pellet Hours:
20-40
Hours Weekly Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday (No Weekends) 8:00 AM
  • 5:00
PM Varying Flexible Schedule Pay:
Start $19.50

00 (Depending on Experience Level) After a 6-month probationary period and passing an in-house training assessment, a pay increase may be available.
