Our Specialty Team is led by a 20-year veteran in crawl space and attic work, and we're looking for a skilled, motivated technician to join this elite crew.

Position Overview:

We have an immediate opening for an Installer / Crawl Space & Attic Technician to perform high-quality work in attics and crawl spaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in confined spaces and strong skills in related trades.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces Insulation removal & installation (batts and blown-in cellulose) Crawl space encapsulation and vapor barrier installation Termite treatment/prevention work Wildlife control and exclusion Basic carpentry and moisture control repairs

Requirements:

Proven experience in one or more of the preferred skill areas Ability to work in tight, confined spaces and in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) Report to Roanoke Rapids office each day for job assignments

Compensation:

Pay is commensurate with experience
