As a part of our Weatherization staff at Community Action Partnership of North Dakota, you will work for a confident team that will equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge for a career in Weatherization. This is an entry-level position for people interested in doing weatherization work on homes. Crew members are the people who perform the home upgrades that result in energy savings, including tasks like installing insulation, replacing windows/doors, and more. This is all on the job training, but we do recommend you at least know how to read a tape measure and have some experience working with hand tools. We offer two health insurance offerings with our agency paying up to 95% of the health insurance for the higher deductible plan. Our agency pays up to 5% of salary into a retirement account after 90 days. 11 paid holidays/year 8 hours of paid sick leave accrued monthly 8 hours of vacation leave accrued monthly Opportunities for advancement What about the hours? Glad you asked! Hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm year round so that means Fridays off and your weekends are FREE!!
