Local Pay:
$21•23/HR ($724•793 Weekly) (Based on Experience) Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Ellendale. The ideal candidate will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities while maintaining patient dignity, comfort, and safety in a long-term care environment. This position requires strong teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to resident needs in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning to help prevent pressure injuries Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirations Assist with feeding, hydration, and monitoring dietary intake Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly Maintain infection prevention and control standards, including proper PPE usage and hand hygiene Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and care requests Promote resident comfort, safety, and emotional well-being Maintain accurate patient care documentation and follow facility protocols Requirements Minimum 2 years of CNA experience required Active North Dakota CNA license required Current BLS certification required High School Diploma or GED required Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with a patient-centered approach Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills For more details reach at jknox@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 732-791-4827.
