ABB Stoves Hearth and Home LLC is looking for a fireplace installer

• Fireplace assistant.

No previous experience required but is a bonus. Must be able to lift, climb ladders, use basic tools, get into small spaces in attics, etc. and get on roofs. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and a hard worker. The qualified candidate would be installing Ductless units, Gas, Pellet, Wood burning Fireplaces, Stoves, and Inserts; as well as venting and chimney pipe; in new construction and in existing homes (remodels, basements, additions). This is a full-time position, Paid vacation available. Pay is negotiable based on HVAC or construction experience, which is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

Install gas, pellet, wood stoves and fireplaces, and Mitsubishi ductless units. Perform service calls, trouble-shoot, and utilize tech support for repairs. Provide excellent customer service and communication. Maintain a clean, organized job site, and work area on company property. Participate in company-sponsored training opportunities. Complete accurate and timely paperwork. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Hearth Acknowledgement Is A Plus

• MUST have a Valid Driver's License (will be driving company vehicle from the shop to the job site ) Clean Driving Record
• Must be 18 years or older

Other Requirements:

Standing, walking and sitting for long periods of time Heavy lifting, reaching with arms, stooping and kneeling Ability to enter and navigate confined spaces, including, but not limited to attics, crawl spaces, etc. Must be able to lift 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops Be able to perform basic math calculations and to use various measuring devices Be able to effectively communicate, project a positive attitude, and be a team player Be able to use basic tools and power tools Performs other job-related duties as required by business needs Pay is DOE
