Outdoor and Indoor Construction Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape/Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape and hardscape maintenance/installation along with general contracting work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and possess skills that contribute to the successful execution of outdoor and indoor projects. This position is also ideal for someone to in interested in learning various skill sets in outdoor and indoor construction. Responsibilities Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to perform tasks. Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls using masonry techniques. Read blueprints and follow design specifications for landscape layouts. Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition by performing regular checks and cleaning. Assists with indoor construction projects such a remodeling, installations, and various other tasks. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Must be able/willing to drive and/or learn to operate equipment Proficiency in operating power tools such as saws, drills, and trimmers. Ability to follow directions for various projects effectively. Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks.
