I own a growing and top rated business called Insulwise Energy and Comfort Solutions. This position, if you can learn the skill set and prove yourself dependable, will have steady pay advances AND Year Round Work (that's mostly inside)! This is a great company to work for and you'll have a good amount of time off to enjoy yourself with 3 day weekends . If you want to see the work we do, go to Youtube and look up the Insulwise channel . There you'll see the types of work that do on a daily basis. It's probably and different and more interesting than what you were expecting. The person I hire needs to have a valid drivers license, their own transportation, and be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. You will need to have a solid job site attitude. I need someone who is a hard worker and wants hours. We usually work 4-10 hour days a week, but sometimes work more than that. 3 day weekends are common and a big bonus to working for my company! If you are taller than 6" or a heavy person this won't be your ideal job. We sometimes work in tight spaces and larger people simply have a tougher time of it. The plus side is that I give raises quickly! I don't like turnover, so I try and keep good people when I come across them. Paid vacations and holidays after 3 months!
