Our lead techs and crew leads started right here What you'll do Inspect attics, roofs, and crawl spaces for the gaps animals get in through Humanely trap and remove raccoons, squirrels, opossums, skunks, and other wildlife Seal up entry points so they can't come back Remove old attic insulation and blow in new Walk the homeowner through what you found and what you fixed What we need from you Valid driver's license Willing to work in attics, on roofs, on ladders, and outside in the elements Show up on time and do the job right the first time Ownership & personal accountability That's it. No degree, no license, no prior experience.
