Job Description

Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage a crew of Field Technicians to ensure work is conducted safely, effectively, and efficiently; Maintain quality control of weatherization work and ensure it meets required standards; Perform and supervise weatherization work as dictated by the work order; Provide on-site training to Field Technicians in a positive environment to strengthen competency in existing skills and increase the number of skill areas; Follow all safety guidelines as established by program standards and OSHA; Complete required reports and submit as required; Ensure that all necessary information and tests (pre and post) are accurately performed and documented and in the client file once the job is completed; Maintains tools, supplies and/or equipment; Order equipment and supplies to maintain inventory; Prepare service records, requisitions, and documentation of work performed; Assists other trades personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
Requirements :
Successful candidate will preferably have at minimum: High School diploma or GED; HVAC Technician License, preferred. Candidate must have two plus years of supervisory experience and general working knowledge of weatherization practices/materials. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license. Candidate must submit to pre-employment drug screen, CIB check, and DHHR Protective Services Background Check. Applications are available online at loganpride.com.
