Area Manager

About the Role CClean Commercial Cleaning seeks an evening shift Area Manager responsible for service delivery, client satisfaction, employee performance, operational efficiency and tag sales across assigned accounts. This ideal candidate for this position is highly responsive, organized, and solution-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills. The Area Manager will work closely with clients, cleaners, supervisors, and company leadership. Being bilingual is a must! Monday-Friday, 2:00 to 10:30 PM. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management, Retention, and Sales

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including startups
• Respond promptly to client requests and concerns, monitor and maintain client satisfaction, complete and document inspections
• Develop SOPs and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service
• Achieve $25k in tag sales annually Team Leadership, Training & Retention
• Maintain a respectful, comfortable working environment
• Train and maintain safety policies and procedures consistently
• Lead and support recruiting efforts, onboarding, and training Budget & Labor Management
• Manage labor budgets, ensure payroll accuracy, participate in operational planning
• Identify/implement labor-saving equipment, processes, and best practice Qualifications
• 7 years of experience in operations management, facilities management, janitorial management, or a related field
• Experience managing frontline employees in a service-based environment
• Experience working directly with clients and handling customer concerns

$72,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
