Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Area Manager at Rosa Clará Do you love bridal fashion? Are you passionate about sales, leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience? Then we want you to join our team!

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the commercial and operational activities of the boutique. Analyze sales KPIs and monitor store performance. Implement action plans focused on achieving sales objectives. Ensure excellence in customer service and a premium in-store experience. Train, motivate, and develop the sales team. Monitor internal procedures and visual merchandising standards. Identify opportunities for improvement and business growth. Manage incidents and ensure smooth communication between headquarters and the boutique. Participate in store openings, events, and commercial actions. Travel when required for training, support, or corporate meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, Retail Manager, or similar position, preferably within premium/luxury fashion or the bridal sector. Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Passion for fashion, attention to detail, and customer experience. High level of English (minimum B2/C1). Spanish is highly appreciated. Availability to travel when required. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and commercial reporting tools. Passion for bridal fashion, styling, and delivering an emotional and memorable customer experience. Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven profile.
