Role Description The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations and develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denton, TX, requiring a hands-on approach and collaboration with internal teams and external referral partners. Qualifications Proven sales management skills, including team oversight, goal-setting, and performance tracking Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and client engagement abilities Experience in roof contracting or exterior restoration sales is highly desirable, but not required Knowledge of high-quality materials, including CertainTeed products, is an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies to meet targets Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
