Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Administrator to lead and manage our senior care facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and operational excellence. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for compassionate senior care, extensive experience in long-term care environments, and strong leadership skills to foster a supportive and efficient community for residents. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated team environment Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols within assisted living and nursing home settings Manage budgeting processes, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to sustain financial health Coordinate medication administration procedures in accordance with healthcare standards and resident needs Facilitate communication between residents, families, staff, and external healthcare providers to promote transparency and collaborative care Lead efforts in social work activities, resident engagement programs, and community outreach initiatives Oversee staffing schedules, recruitment efforts, training programs, and supervise team members to maintain high-quality care delivery Maintain accurate documentation related to care plans, incident reports, regulatory compliance records, and operational reports Support home & community care initiatives by integrating services that enhance residents' quality of life outside the facility when appropriate Must be very independent with all operations Fast Learner Qualifications Proven experience in CCL& Regional center Adult Residential Facilities Extensive knowledge of Title 22 and Title 17 Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare environments Strong understanding of healthcare regulations related to nursing home operations and compliance standards Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management within healthcare facilities Background in residential care management Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized services is preferred Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion while maintaining professionalism at all times Effective communication skills for liaising with residents' families, staff members, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies Join us as an Administrator where your leadership will directly impact the well-being of our residents.
