As a Community Health Worker / Behavioral Intake Counselor, you will help individuals access essential Medicaid services by conducting assessments that determine the care and support they need. Location:

Arkadelphia, AR What You'll Do Conduct in-person assessments in homes, clinics, and community settings Evaluate needs for behavioral health and developmental disability services Help determine eligibility for Medicaid-funded programs Document assessments in real time (75-90 minutes per visit) Travel daily between appointments (average ~1 hour; mileage reimbursed from your home) Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team This role combines outreach, assessment, and care coordination-similar to how community health workers connect individuals to services and advocate for their needs. Schedule Monday-Friday:
