- Community Health Worker / Field Assessor Independent Assessment Program (AR Medicaid / DHS) $21-23/hour | Full-Time | Mileage Reimbursed | Growth Opportunity to FTE Why This Role Matters This is a field-based role where your work directly impacts people's lives.
Location:
Arkadelphia, AR What You'll Do Conduct in-person assessments in homes, clinics, and community settings Evaluate needs for behavioral health and developmental disability services Help determine eligibility for Medicaid-funded programs Document assessments in real time (75-90 minutes per visit) Travel daily between appointments (average ~1 hour; mileage reimbursed from your home) Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team This role combines outreach, assessment, and care coordination-similar to how community health workers connect individuals to services and advocate for their needs. PM Tuesdays:
