Duties Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises Conduct regular patrols of the facility, perimeter, and sensitive areas to identify potential security risks Utilize CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance during medical emergencies Manage conflict situations with professionalism, de-escalating disputes and maintaining order Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly Skills Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles with a strong understanding of security protocols Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management to handle emergencies effectively Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques Background in military or law enforcement enhances situational awareness and tactical response skills Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public Knowledge of security regulations and procedures relevant to the specific site or industry Join us in creating a safe environment where safety is our top priority!
