Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced oil and gas professional with a strong background in artificial lift systems and slickline operations to support and oversee field operations across Eagle Ford assets. This position is responsible for leading daily activities, guiding field personnel, troubleshooting operational issues, and optimizing production performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support operations to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently Provide guidance and direction on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of artificial lift systems (gas lift, plunger lift, etc.) Monitor well performance and implement strategies to optimize production Coordinate and review routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment Lead troubleshooting efforts for downhole and surface equipment issues Ensure accurate and timely field and production reporting Promote and enforce compliance with all safety and environmental standards Serve as a point of contact for field operations and communicate effectively with management and team members Assist in training, mentoring, and developing field personnel Qualifications Proven experience with slickline operations required Strong working knowledge of artificial lift systems Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in field operations preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently while managing field activities and personnel Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed Preferred Experience in Eagle Ford operations Familiarity with SCADA systems Prior experience in a lead, foreman, or supervisory role Background as a lease operator or production operator Compensation and Benefits This position is paid with the following pay structure:

Hourly Rate:

$26.00 - $30.00 based on experience (with leadership experience considered)

Overtime:

Time and a half applies

Work Rotation:

8x6 schedule, 10-hour shifts
