Artist Representative and Digital Media Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and personable individual to join our creative team in a unique hybrid role that blends artist representation, digital marketing, and hands-on coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable working in a rugged, fast-paced environment as they are presenting professionally to clients, collectors, and the public. You'll serve as a key representative for several artists while helping maintain and grow our online presence. What You'll Do Represent and communicate on behalf of multiple artists Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers Upload and organize artwork, inventory, and content on our website Create and post engaging content across social media platforms Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and online visibility Coordinate photography, captions, and artist updates Help maintain a polished and professional brand presence Support day-to-day gallery, studio, or event operations as needed What We're Looking For Comfortable working in both rugged and professional environments Friendly, confident, and presentable in client-facing situations Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms Basic website/content management experience Self-motivated with the ability to multitask independently Interest in art, design, marketing, or creative industries is a plus Comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms Available to work weekends, and longer hours during art events Ideal Candidate You're someone who can shift seamlessly from helping behind the scenes to confidently representing artists in public. You enjoy creative work, understand how to communicate visually online, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
