Experienced Production Baker - $19-21/$4-$5/h Tips

Twisted Croissant & Patisserie is seeking an experienced, career-minded baker to join our team. We are looking for a passionate professional who understands the dedication required for a career in pastry.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a bakery or restaurant environment, with a solid foundation in cakes, tarts, mousses, pate a choux, and glazes. Proficiency in yeasted and enriched doughs, as well as experience with commercial equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers, is required. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running with all basic preparations, including mixing and shaping dough. Ability to temper chocolate and create chocolate decorations is a plus.

We are looking for a self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team. This is a morning shift (3:00 AM 11:00 PM), and weekend availability is required.

Compensation is based on experience. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available after 90 days. We also offer a free espresso drink and a pastry during each shift.
