As-Needed Ranch Hand (1099 Contractor)

Location:

Near Hinch Road & Highway N, outside Bourbon, Missouri We are seeking a dependable, hard-working individual for as-needed ranch work. This is a 1099 contractor position, ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor labor and flexible, project-based work.

Job Duties Include:

• Planting and caring for trees
• Chainsaw work and trail clearing
• Mulching and watering trees (especially during drought conditions)
• Seeding and planting fields and deer food plots
• General land and ranch maintenance
• Removing rocks from fields
• Other miscellaneous manual labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be physically capable of performing outdoor manual labor in varying conditions
• Experience with chainsaws, equipment, or land management is a plus (but not required)
• No violent felony convictions
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the ranch.
• Must be willing to sign a liability waiver prior to starting work

Position Details:

• Must be located within a reasonable driving distance to Bourbon, Missouri
• As-needed / flexible scheduling (work available varies by season and project)
• Paid as an independent contractor (1099)
• Compensation is $20-25/hour depending on experience.
