Asbestos Worker in NC-$26hr + $50 Per Diem

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Asbestos Abatement Worker to join our team in

NORTH CAROLINA.

Pay:

$22-26.00/hour

Per Diem:

$50/day +

Hotel Included Hours:

40-45 hours per week (overtime available) Required Documents Valid North Carolina Asbestos Worker License Current Asbestos Physical Initial or Refresher Asbestos Training Certificate Respirator Fit Test Real ID Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections to identify areas requiring abatement. Perform asbestos abatement and mold remediation in compliance with all safety procedures. Safely handle, remove, and dispose of hazardous materials following federal, state, and local regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Restore affected areas through cleaning, repairs, or rebuilding. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficiency and adherence to project timelines. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Qualifications Proven experience in asbestos abatement preferred. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards for hazardous material handling. Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. Effective communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
