Position Overview:

We're looking for a hardworking asphalt laborer with roller experience to join our crew. This is a hands-on position — you'll be on the ground with the team and in the seat when needed. If you know paving and can roll mat the right way, you'll fit in here.

Requirements:

Roller experience

PREFERRED

(asphalt compaction) Previous asphalt/paving experience Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic — show up ready to work every day Ability to follow direction and work as part of a crew

Job Responsibilities:

Operating a roller for asphalt compaction Raking, shoveling, and assisting the paving crew Working around pavers, skid steers, and trucks Maintaining proper compaction, joints, and finish quality Keeping equipment clean and job site organized

Pay:

Hourly:

$$ / hour (based on experience) Overtime available Retirement plan
