Duties Assist with asphalt paving operations, including spreading and leveling asphalt material to ensure smooth surfaces Support site preparation by moving materials, debris, and supplies using small tools other machinery Help with utility locating tasks to ensure safe excavation and paving activities around underground utilities Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the construction site Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements Prior experience in construction or paving projects is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various hot weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is mandatory; experience operating Caterpillar equipment or similar heavy machinery is highly desirable, We are a drug fee workplace.
