Asphalt & Sealcoating Foreman

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Asphalt Supervisor to join our team. The Asphalt Supervisor will oversee daily paving and sealcoating operations, manage crews, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain a safe and productive job site environment. Responsibilities Supervise asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping, and repair crews Coordinate daily job schedules, equipment, and materials Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time Train and support crew members in proper procedures and safety standards Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and management professionally Monitor quality control and job site performance Perform estimating Oversee maintenance and upkeep of trucks, tools, and equipment, as needed Complete daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation Enforce company safety policies and DOT regulations Qualifications Previous experience in asphalt paving or construction supervision preferred, but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well with others in a team environment Ability to manage multiple crews and projects Knowledge of asphalt, sealcoating, striping, and site preparation practices preferred, but not required Experience with estimating is preferred, but not required Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred, but not required) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance This position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week. Candidates should be prepared for extended workdays and longer hours during peak season and as project demands require.
