• Key Responsibilities Assemble electric vehicle components such as battery packs, wiring harnesses, motors, frames, and interiors Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure quality standards are met Identify and report defects, shortages, or process issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality requirements Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support continuous improvement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sharonville, OH.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
