Job Description

  • Job Title:
    Assembler $17.50-19.50
  • Job Description
  • Join a dedicated manufacturing team as a 3rd Shift Assembler, working on an assembly line to install grommets and rivets into manufactured blades. You will use power tools and measuring equipment, follow a defined operating rhythm, and contribute to a clean, organized production environment focused on quality and safety.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Assemble manufactured blades by punching grommets and rivets using appropriate tools and equipment.
+ Operate on an assembly line and follow a defined team-based operating rhythm to meet production targets. + Use power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned assembly tasks. + Measure components accurately to ensure proper fit, alignment, and adherence to specifications. + Inspect parts and finished products for quality defects and immediately address or report any issues. + Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality and compliance with production standards. + Work collaboratively with team members in production, welding, shipping/receiving, and engineering to support smooth workflow. + Follow all safety procedures when working near furnaces and ovens, including using grabbers or other tools to handle hot parts. + Remain on your feet throughout the shift and safely lift materials weighing approximately 40-50 lbs as needed. + Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to support an efficient and safe production line. + Participate in orientation, training, and ongoing skill development to gain a clear understanding of role expectations and processes.
  • Essential Skills
  • + Previous experience in assembly, general production, or manufacturing environments.
+ Ability to use power tools safely and effectively in an assembly line setting. + Strong measuring skills and the ability to read and use basic measuring tools accurately. + Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on identifying and preventing quality defects. + Ability to apply critical thinking to solve problems and make sound decisions on the line. + Proven ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced production environment. + Comfort standing on your feet for the duration of the shift. + Ability to lift approximately 40-50 lbs safely and repeatedly as needed. + Willingness to follow a structured operating rhythm and standard work processes.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + Experience working on an assembly line in a clean, organized manufacturing facility. + Familiarity with working around furnaces or ovens and handling heated parts using appropriate tools. + Comfort working across different departments such as welding, shipping/receiving, or engineering. + Openness to cross-training and learning additional tasks within the production environment.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
