Success With:

Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and specifications Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Must meet respirator fit test requirements Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks Stand and walk for extended periods Frequently lift and handle materials up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs

What You'll Be Hands-On With:

Prepare, assemble, and paint products according to specifications and quality standards Safely operate pneumatic tools, paint guns, and epoxy equipment Perform start-up, cleaning, and shutdown procedures for paint and epoxy systems Change out paint, cylinders, and related materials as needed Follow all PPE, respirator, and manufacturing safety requirements Support physical inventory activities and maintain organized work areas Meet production efficiency and Lean Manufacturing/6S standards Use lift-assist equipment for handling heavier products Perform additional production duties as assigned
