Monday•Thursday | 2:15 PM•12:45 AM (4x10 Schedule) Job Summary We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling products using work orders, production drawings, and bills of materials while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Candidates must be comfortable performing precision inspections and working in a fast-paced production setting. Key Responsibilities Assemble products according to work orders, bills of materials (BOM), and production drawings Review routing instructions and follow production sequences accurately Verify parts, quantities, and descriptions before beginning builds Report labor against correct routing sequences Inspect components for defects such as torn threads, porosity, or paint issues Perform 100% inspection of flange/body-cover joints using a .0015" feeler gauge Ensure all assembled products meet quality and safety standards Remove and identify nonconforming materials as needed Lubricate designated threaded areas during assembly Report issues with equipment, fixtures, tools, or unclear instructions immediately Maintain clean and organized work areas Return tools and drawings to proper storage locations Replenish consumable parts during downtime Qualifications Previous electrical wiring experience required Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and routings Experience using precision measuring tools preferred Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift up to 35 lbs continuously throughout the shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
