Job Title:

Assembler Job Summary Responsible for assembling products in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble components using hand and power tools Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods Follow standard procedures and safety guidelines Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals as part of a team Qualifications Previous experience in assembly, production, or general labor preferred Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work full shifts in a physically active environment Work Environment Full-time, day-shift production setting requiring standing, repetitive motion, and safe tool operation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayfield, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
