Assembler Responsibilities :

Perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies for aviation and military-grade products Build, label, and organize smaller parts for system inventory and final assembly Assist with light welding and soldering (no prior experience required — training provided) Maintain accurate production and inspection records per contract requirements Support cross-training efforts to ensure smooth operations across departments Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving when needed

Assembler Requirements :

Prior assembly (minimum 2 years) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to sit or stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 25 lbs Willingness to learn light welding and soldering techniques

Schedule :

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•4:30

PM Pay :

$20/hour (depending on experience) Benefits offered by employer upon permanent hire : Medical•company covers 50-60% of the premium Dental Vision Sick leave as mandated by state law Paid vacation
