Assembler Position Summary:

Shift:

6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday, OT on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts and other components into small or light sub-assemblies and complete units. Assembler Essential Duties and/or

Responsibilities:

Assembles components of or final production using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Hand tools and small power tools are used to assemble units. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Education:

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Require 1+ year of related experience in a manufacturing environment Experience using hand tools and small power tools Assembler Essential Skills and/or

Abilities:

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an assembly role. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Dependability is a must; must adhere to company attendance policy Strong attention to detail Strong quality and efficiency standards Ability to work both as a team or individually
