Assembler

AssemblerPosition Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for assembling parts or products according to company standards, specifications, and work instructions. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble components or products using hand tools or small power toolsFollow written instructions, diagrams, and work ordersInspect finished products for quality and accuracyMeet production goals while maintaining safety standardsKeep work area clean and organizedReport defects, equipment issues, or shortages to supervisionFollow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detailBasic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to stand, sit, or move for extended periodsAbility to lift materials as requiredReliable attendance and punctualityAssembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
