Assembler Responsibilities:

• Operate various hand and power tools including drills, rivet guns, impact wrenches, grinders, and tape measures to assemble trailer parts
• Prepare and clean metal surfaces using solvents and other specified methods
• Caulk seams and joints on trailer components to ensure quality seals
• Drill through aluminum, steel, and wood materials as needed according to blueprints
• Assemble sub-assemblies such as hoses, axles, wiring harnesses, and doors
• Position and fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners
• Measure and mark layouts based on blueprints for precise assembly
• Operate overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts after proper training
• Follow GMPs and safety protocols consistently throughout shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Requirements for

Assembler:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently with team assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, turn, push, and pull for the duration of the shift
• Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
• Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
• Willingness to work on second shift, totaling 40 hours per week
• Prior experience is not required; training will be provided
