Job Overview

• Electromechanical Assembler / Control Panel BuilderWe are seeking experienced Electromechanical Assemblers, Panel Builders, and Mechanical Assemblers to build and wire industrial control panels and precision assemblies .

This role combines mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and blueprint reading in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical components and assemblies using
• Blueprints
• Wiring diagrams
• Electrical schematics
• Build and wire control panels , including layout, routing, and termination of components
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks such as fitting, fastening, and aligning parts
• Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication
• Measure and mark materials using tape measures and precision tools
• Work with materials including
• Stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and carbon steel
• Operate manual equipment as needed
• Bridgeport mill
• Manual lathe
• Surface grinder
• Inspect assemblies for quality, accuracy, and functionality
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesMinimum Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in
• Electromechanical assembly
• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing
• Experience with control panel wiring and electrical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret
• Blueprints
• Mechanical drawings
• Electrical schematics
• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to measure accurately and work to tight tolerancesPreferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a machine shop or tool & die environment
• Experience operating
• Bridgeport mill
• Manual lathe
• Surface grinder
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or equipment assembly
• Experience with panel layout, wire routing, and component installation
