Assembler Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented part-time Assembler to join our manufacturing team and help build precision components that make a real impact. About the Role As an Assembler, you will follow established procedures, drawings, and work instructions to assemble electronic and electromechanical products. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, focus, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Interpret and follow assembly procedures, mechanical drawings, part lists, and work instructions. Use basic electronic measurement devices, manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools. Assemble and test basic products to meet specifications and strict quality standards. Work with small, delicate components using tools and fixtures designed to prevent damage and ensure repeatability. Follow established budgets and production timelines to complete assigned work on schedule. Maintain an organized, safe work area and support team-based continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

0-2 years of assembly experience (electronic/electromechanical preferred).

Technical Experience:

Soldering small components Working with a hot plate for bonding or component prep Using a microscope to assemble RF products and inspect once completed Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and documented procedures. High attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to producing quality work.
