Job Description
Now Hiring - 2nd Shift! 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) —and you'll earn a $1.00 shift differential on top of your base pay! Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler / Production Worker, where your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will drive the creation of high-quality products. In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the assembly line, working efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your contributions directly impact our success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical techniques to ensure precise and efficient production. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility. Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to assemble parts accurately on the production line. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or issues early. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support inventory management by accurately tracking parts and finished goods in the warehouse. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues or assembly line disruptions to minimize downtime. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and hand tools is essential. Mechanical knowledge or experience working with power tools enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification, is a strong plus. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
