In this role, you will help assemble precisionponents used across industries such as agriculture, construction, and data centers. Friday•Sunday Key Responsibilities Assemble smallponents and sub-assemblies according to specifications Operate assembly equipment and prepare products for shipment Inspect and verify product functionality Follow standardized work instructions and maintain accurate production records Maintain quality standards in all processes Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (A3 problem-solving, 3-Legged 5 Why) Keep work area clean andanized using 5S principles Follow all safety policies and procedures Meet or exceed daily production goals (minimum 90% attainment) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strongmunication skills (verbal and written) Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to visually inspect products for quality Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Lift and move materials:

Frequently:

1-15 lbs

Regularly:

15-35 lbs

Occasionally:

Pay Details:

$19.08 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
