Job Specifications:
In this role, you will work a 36-hour weekly schedule, but you will be paid for a full 40 hours every week.Company:

Shift:
Weekends Only, Fri-Sun 5AM-5:30PM Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate within an assembly cell to maintain consistent workflow and meet production targets.
- Ensure completed assemblies and work areas remain organized and free of excess materials.
- Load completed assemblies onto pallets using engineered stacking methods for accuracy and stability.
- Create tags (Router/WIP
- Inventory) as needed.
- Perform basic operations required at the assigned work cell.
- Procure batches as needed and follow the priority schedule.
- Assemble packaging materials as required.
- Inspect parts and perform required quality checks during the packing process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
- Follow established instructions and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct proper set-up of dies following standardized instructions and perform first/last hit inspections of parts.
- Report production quantities accurately into the MRP (AX) system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, production and quality recording, procedure manuals, and manufacturing work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds as needed.
- Basic understanding of quality objectives and safety protocols.
