Assembly Laborer

All new hires will complete 3-4 weeks of training on 1st

Shift Starting Pay:

$16.00/hour

Hours:

SWING SHIFT

• 1st shift
• 6:00am-2:30pm, 2nd shift
• 2:30pm-11:00pm,

Monday-Friday Shift Differential:

$2.00/hour for 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Operate powered forming and drilling/tapping machines (manual and automatic) Replace tools (drills/taps) as needed to maintain production standards Ensure finished products meet quality and packing standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Regularly lift and move items up to 40 lbs Must be available to work
