27122 E-ONE manufactures custom and commercial fire trucks including pumpers and tankers, aerial ladders and platforms, rescues of all sizes, quick attack units, industrial trucks, and ARFF (aircraft rescue firefighting vehicles). Available schedules:
Monday
  • Thursday from 5:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM, plus Optional Overtime on Friday and Saturday or Monday
  • Thursday from 6:00 am
  • 4:30 pm, plus Optional Overtime on
Friday and Saturday Scope:
Acts as a subject matter expert and team leader, handling complex systems, mentoring others, and supporting production planning. Core Responsibilities Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of: Electrical systems (complex wiring, controls) Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to lift up to 40lbs unassisted Diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues. Lead testing, validation, and final system verification. Serve as a technical advisor to supervisors.
Assist in:
Production planning Daily/weekly scheduling Review and scrub: Print packages BOMs Shop orders (identify and correct discrepancies) Optimize workflows and support process improvements. Leadership & Training Train and mentor new and transferred employees.
Lead by example in:
Safety Quality Work ethic Support team development and knowledge sharing.
Technical Skills Expert-level understanding of:
Electrical systems (12V
DC / 110V AC
) Schematics and system integration Hydraulic systems (strongly preferred) Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic ability. Problem Solving Independently resolve highly complex issues. Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
