Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical assembly processes. This role involves assembling components, performing quality checks, and ensuring that all products meet industry standards. The Assembly Technician will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Pay is dependent upon experience. Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components using power tools and hand tools. Utilize calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly according to specifications. Conduct electrical wiring tasks, ensuring all connections are secure and functional. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or quality issues to management. Qualifications Proven experience in assembly work, preferably in an electrical or mechanical environment. Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks. Strong understanding of electrical wiring principles and mechanical knowledge. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience with machining processes is a plus but not required.
