Responsibilities:

As a Production Assembler at Hybrid Light Solutions, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Production/Assembly:

Skillfully assembling machinery and equipment to the highest standards. Maintaining a

Safe Environment:

Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized production environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Equipment Care:

Performing equipment maintenance, servicing, and refurbishment as needed. Adherence to

Guidelines:

Strictly adhering to all guidelines, standards, and instructions to ensure product quality and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Mechanical Inclination:

A natural aptitude for mechanical work.

Cleanliness:

Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Positive Attitude:

Physical Demands:

This role involves certain physical demands, including:

Standing:

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours in a workday, five days a week.

Mobility:

Frequent walking, bending, sitting, and occasional crawling or laying down to complete assigned tasks.

Lifting:

Occasional lifting and/or moving of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Fine Motor Skills:

Proficiency in performing detailed tasks that require the use of hands and fingers to grasp, move, or assemble objects of various sizes.
