Line Cook

Norway Ridge Supper Club has provided a fine-dining experience in the Brainerd Lakes area for more than 75 years. Our focus is on fresh, high-quality house made dishes. We are currently seeking candidates for a Line Cook position. The ideal candidate enjoys working with others and is committed to job satisfaction and professional growth. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience on sauté and grill is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position will report to our Executive Chef. Pay for this role to commensurate with experience and is highly competitive within the area and industry.

Requirements:

Full time availability Weekend availability 1+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Punctuality and professionalism Ability to set up your station in a timely and efficient manner Follow recipes and instructions Effectively communicate as a key part of the team Maintain a clean station throughout the shift along with properly clean and sanitize work area at the end of the shift Ability to maintain positive attitude during stressful times Willingness to assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
