Job Description

Thermo Heating Elements is a manufacturer of custom-made flexible heaters. We take pride in building quality products that meet the highest standards. We're looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team and support our growing production operations. Previous experience preferred. Work hours are 6am -4:30pm Monday - Thursday; Bi-weekly pay schedule; paid holidays, paid vacation, insurance, 401K match (eligible after 90-day probation period). Key Responsibilities Assemble components according to blueprints, schematics, or work instructions Using hands-on techniques and measuring instruments safely and accurately Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and precision Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment as required Maintain a clean and organized workstation following safety guidelines Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or opportunities for process improvement complete required paperwork Follow instruction and meet individual production goals Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environment preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and stand and sit for periods of time High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training a plus Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required Must pass background check and drug test Consistent work history required Benefits Health insurance Paid holidays and vacation time 401(k) with company match Opportunities advancement and skills training
